Milacron — a global leader in manufacturing and servicing highly engineered systems in the plastic processing industry — acquired several companies within their field and were amalgamating the nine distinct product brands into one. Milacron reached out to us to create a corporate film to help establish and share their new corporate identity.
With the aim to unify the company as a singular, global team, Milacron sought our expertise to communicate the new brand direction to clients and employees. We wanted to create a film that resonated with these diverse audiences, as well as helped bridge the connection between the product brands and Milacron as the parent company.
In discussions with the client, we quickly uncovered their ‘why’ behind what they do, which is to realize client aspirations by making the impossible possible. We used this ‘why’ statement as the starting point for the creative. The result is an anthem piece depicting inspired craftspeople from across the company working to realize their clients’ aspirations and the impact of their work on the larger world.
The film works to evoke the pride, passion, and dedication of these individuals and wraps with an inspiring montage of the vast array of everyday products that are made with Milacron technology. This is concluded with a rapid conveyor-like display of the company’s nine brand logos, before presenting the company’s tagline, “One Vision. Infinite Possibilities”, and the Milacron logo; this final frame reinforcing the unification of the product brands with the parent company.
