Lift & Co Expo is a national conference and trade show with annual events held in Toronto and Vancouver. For more than 5 years, Lift has entrusted SenovvA Canada with producing these events.
The cannabis market in Canada has been far from predictable over the last few years. As such, producing an event like this can come with its own unique set of challenges. With differing laws in each province, brands unsure how best to market themselves, and an influx of cannabis companies collapsing or consolidating, we need to be flexible to work within limited budgets and resources while still maintaining that feeling of surprise and excitement for attendees every year.
Curating a dedicated production team who has worked on every Lift conference and fully understands the client’s vision and needs has been an invaluable asset. In order to work within required budgets our team has also been flexible to adjust schedules, allowing us to be as efficient with labour as possible. We also focused on lighting for scenic design, rather than using costly printed set pieces and projection, in order to provide a cost-effective yet impressive ambience.
