Deloitte Canada reached out to SenovvA Canada to be part of an experience for their National Sales Conference that can only be described as out of this world.
Held in Quebec City, the 3-day meeting was produced through a space exploration concept that embodied the company’s team-wide directive of moving forward through innovation.
Working within a circular space, a 360-degree video projection along the room’s perimeter was built. In the centre of the room sat a circular stage with its own cylindrical projection screen.
Our team worked for months to ideate and produce content for the conference, traveling across North America to interview and film various thought leaders. We also creatively developed and produced a seamless, 360-degree opening video that would transport attendees to a space shuttle launch.
Using 40 Christie HD 20K projectors, and 424 linear feet of Brite Screen high contrast projection fabric, it was truly a test of projection strategy, keeping in mind the peripheral limitations of each audience member.
At the conference, the centre stage screen was lowered to offer a dramatic reveal of each guest speaker, including Canadian astronaut, Chris Hadfield, and business magnate and commercial astronaut, Sir Richard Branson.
Our creative team was also on site to film the conference, producing a live-edited, 360-degree closing video that was presented on the last day, providing a captivating summary of this astronomical event.
